Fun for the whole family!
Our fights consist of three (3), two (2) minute rounds of full contact kickboxing. Each fighter must have a minimum of eight (8) kicks above the waist. We use 12 ounce gloves (10oz. for fighters under 126 lbs.). Headgear, shingaurds and footgear are mandatory. Fighters may fight bare-chested. All bouts are sanctioned by the WFCKA..All bout information is submitted to the NJ Athletic Commision.add text.
